Support Policy

We provide free support for the general questions for all of our products. Our team does the best to provide you with the answers during 24 hours after the request is placed via our contact form. The requests of Advanced Support option owners are handled at the first priority.

Advanced Template Support

The "Advanced Support" option can be ordered along with the template by checking an appropriate item on the template detailed page. If the "Advanced Support" option is purchased, the requests are handled at the first priority.

Under the terms of Advanced Template Support option each request is assessed for its complexity by our specialist and, based on this assessment, assigned to one of the following categories:

  1. Explanation of setting up some standard Zen Cart functionality. General questions about setting up Zen-Cart (not problems) - USD 10;
  2. Resolving problems caused by incorrect settings of Zen Cart functionality. Setting up some standard Zen Cart functionality. Consultations on Zen Cart architecture and basic customization - USD 15 ;
  3. Investigating problems caused by some server settings or/and modified files and modifications - USD 25;

Each question will be estimated by our specialist. If the question is assessed as a custom service, our specialist will let you know about the cost of it. The cost can be deducted from the amount of the fee you spent for the advanced support service or can be requested as an additional fee. The service is valid during 30 days after purchasing.

Minimal support package is USD 85 and can be purchased separately:

The installation of the template is not included to any support services and ordered separately along with the template purchasing.
