The template installation service does not include the installation of any ecommerce software. The template installation service does not include the population of the stores inventory, configuration of any taxes, shipping or payment methods required. Our specialists will not provide a custom store design as part of this service.

The template installation on existing stores requires a compatibility testing, more times and additional fees. Just request a quote if you need such kind of template installation. Upgrades to newer releases are not included in the service.

The installation will be completed within one business day after we have received all the necessary information.

• FTP access to your server where your ecommerce software is installed (including your host or IP address, the username and the password)
• Access to your shopping cart admin area (URL to your admin area, the username and the password)
• Your logo and company name
• Name of the template color variation you are going to use
